BLJ has been supporting Qatar National Library (QNL) in its public relations and strategic communications since 2014. We work closely with QNL leadership to provide day-to-day strategic advice on communications, messaging, and social media strategies.
Our team was instrumental in establishing QNL’s press office and managing inquiries and media interactions at all levels. Additionally, our 24/7 monitoring support offers QNL timely insights into regional and global news trends and media updates.
With our continuous support, QNL has been positioned as the preeminent literary center in the region, one of Qatar’s most frequented community hubs and national attractions.
Key achievements in our partnership: PR and communications efforts launching the Qatar Digital Library, hosting METLIB 2016, QNL’s soft opening in 2017, and the official grand opening in 2018.
Recent high-profile campaigns: the leading promotional multimedia advertising campaign, ‘Take the Library with You’ significantly increased the utilization of QNL’s online resources, showcasing the library’s commitment to accessible education.
We have also managed a series of events under the Cultural Salon, planning, and launching the ‘Signup September Campaign,’ which earned a nomination for a Sabre Award. Our support facilitated QNL’s recognition as the IFLA Regional Office. This is in addition to other many other events including Qatar-Indonesia Year of Culture 2023.
